The form was built using a CRM tool provided by SABIS Educational Services S.A.L. (SES LEB) The data collected from the Form will be stored in the school’s designated database in Microsoft Azure. The school has taken all necessary steps to ensure data security by implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), allowing access only to authorized personnel from the school. This also applies to authorized employees from SES LEB, who may access the data upon the school’s request for technical support.
The data collected from this Form will be processed by the School solely for the purpose for which it was collected. It may also be transferred to the school’s local server. The data collected on the Form will be deleted from the school’s CRM database as follows: Academic Interest: Data will be retained until August 1 of the academic year of interest; Event-Related Forms: Data will be retained for 10 days after the event; Parent Data: Data will be retained as long as the student is enrolled and deleted one year after the student leaves the school.
